There is a tendency for you to become too conscious of your body, to the extent that you are limiting your food intake. Diet meals should consist of foods that are high in protein and low in fat.
As sad as it may sound, you have to lessen your intake of the foods listed above in order for you to have a healthier lifestyle. A minimal amount of intake of the foods mentioned is not bad. It is always about controlling what you are eating and making sure you get enough nutrients for your body.
