Great posting!

I leave in Singapore, a sunny country all year round in South East Asia.

What a sat thing is in my country, ewe like to avoid sunlight. Most of us us working in high-rise office building and do not get 25 min of direct sunlight.

I don't find vitamin supplements sold here contain vitamin D. It is probably thought that we can rely on the sun.

I would say many of us in Singapore are not tapping into what God has given us freely, the sunlight to prevent cancer.

Cancer is the number killer in Singapore. Singaporean are living in higher than average stress level environment.

I need to get this message to my friends.

Thanks again.

That is certainly great! i do believe vit. d from the sun really plays an important role in animals, plants and humans as well. but aside from the sun, where can we get a natural vit. d? is there any food rich in vit. d?
