		<description>I have read your article on stretching with interest.  I attend a yoga class for many years where most of the participants are
over 50. Most of our exercises consist of good stretching and
from my own experience I have found these exercises to be very beneficial.  I always feel  more energy afterwards and also
more mobile.  If I do not go for a couple of weeks, I quickly
feel the difference. Most of our stretches are done while standing and also while lying down.  So stationerary stretching
works for me.</description>
